Agenda Content: We store the meeting dates, times, locations, and documents (PDFs/attachments) you upload to the system.
Technical Data: We use standard cookies to maintain your login session while you are using the Manager Portal.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely for the purpose of operating the AgendaCast platform:

To authenticate your identity and grant access to the Manager Portal.
To generate and display public-facing agendas for your organization.
To maintain the security and integrity of the software.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your data. Your information is only shared with the underlying infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting services) necessary to keep the website running.
